Titanium Roasting Pots are ideal for roasts and whole chickens, but also work great for soups, stews and pastas. They are a generous 4-inches deep to accomodate large cuts of meat and still have room for potatoes and vegetables on top and on the sides. High-Rim, Deep Dish pans are so versatile. Add the domed lid (sold separately) to create a stovetop vapor oven that cooks in half the time as the actual oven... all stovetop. Our Roasting Pots feature 'Stay-Cool Stovetop' Big Grip handles on both sides for easy management. Pots, lids and handles, however, are all oven-safe up to 500 degrees. 13" diameter roast pot holds 8.5 QTs; $489.
11" x 11" Square Roast pan holds 8.4 QTs; $489.
NOTE: Our Titanium Roasting Pots are generously sized and the 13-inch can accommodate a 12 lb Standing Prime Rib Roast with the lid on, or an approximately 12 lb Turkey. And the 11" Square Roast Pan can also accommodate a large Prime Rib roast or Turkey.
