SEARED AHI TUNA
We make this dish in one pan, a Titanium Frying Pan so that it offers high and intense heat for the searing part, yet easy clean up with the wipe of a paper towel. Collect the following ingredients:
Combine all ingredients except steaks and avocado into a mixing bowl. Place your fying pan on high heat. No oil necessary since we are working with non stick Titanium pans. It simply won't stick!!! Lightly salt and pepper the steaks and sear them on high heat for a minute on each side.
Pour half of the cilantro mixture into the pan to coat the fish. Transfer to plates ad serve with the sliced avocado and remaining sauce drizzled over the top and onto the plate for dipping. Serves 4.
