If you receive your cookware and it does not meet your expectations, please immediately reach out to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know you would like to return it to us. Returns are accepted for "never-used" merchandise only, and within 15 calendar days of purchase. If it has not been used, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you will put on the label. Ship it back to us and make sure it is well protected and insured properly. We recommend a professional packer, and new exterior boxes to support the shipment properly. Individual items must also be in original packaging (original bags that cover each piece and unopened hardware bags). Once we receive it and verify it has not been used in any way and/or heated, and that everything is in undamaged and in resalable condition, we will promptly issue a full refund less any applicable credit card or bank fees/charges. You can expect to receive an email notifying you of receipt of your return and information on the credit. If you have any further questions, please call us at 480-888-6321. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee if applicable. For exchanges and returns, customer incurs all shipping costs.
