Poached Egg Sandwich

For a change of pace, try your eggs poached. It is so simple to make Poached Egg Sandwiches, using your Titanium Cookware with the lid creating the vapor oven on your stovetop. Here's how:

 

Poached Egg Sandwich

Simply boil a 1/4 inch of water in your Titanium Frying pan. Turn the heat down so it is not raging.

 

Crack your egg(s) into the "softly boiling" water and add the lid. The vapor will cook the top of the egg in minutes.Approximately 3 minutes, depending on how cooked you want the center.

 

Meanwhile, toast some sprouted grain bread. Smear it with a bit of organic mayonnaise and/or dijon. Layer delicious ingredients such as:

Sprouted Lentils; Avocados; Tomatoe Slices; Herbs and Spices, Celery Seed. Slide your egg out of the pan and top the sandwich with it.

 

Eat your sandwich open face and enjoy the flavors that will meld together with the softly cooked yolk. This Poached Egg sandwich is delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
