Sometimes only a juicy burger will satisfy my appetite. This pan fried hamburger has a nice twist and is served on sprouted bread. Gather some goodies from the fridge. Hummus and/or mayonaise, jalapenos, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, and red onion are the toppings that we used. And some Pepper Jack cheese too! We keep our sprouted bread frozen, so I pulled some slices out of the freezer and popped them into my Titanium Universal Pot-BUY HERE on low heat, with the lid on. This method thaws it perfectly. It will not be dried out or wet and mushy. It's as if it were fresh.
Now mix up your meat in a bowl with some seasonings. I use an egg as well. Oregano, Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder. Form burgers and fry them either in your Titanium Grill Pan-BUY HERE to achieve crossmarks, or simply in your Titanium Casserole Pan-BUY HERE Both are shown here.
Take some sweet potatoes and julienne them for broiler fries. I've seasoned them and lined them up on the Titanium Griddle-BUY HERE and I put them into the oven, under the broiler to get them soft and then crisp. These make an excellent side dish to burgers.
Dress that bread with hummus, jalepanos and all that you like. Enjoy Pan Fried Hamburgers tonight!
