We will call this Stovetop Meatloaf, or Meatloaf Baked Stovetop. It is a quick meal baked in 20 minutes. You can use really anything in it. I've provided a list of suggested ingredients, but throw in what you have on hand, what you enjoy, make it your own special meatloaf. The key is use your Titanium Pan and Lid to bake this stovetop, using the vapor oven feature of this fine cookware. Here you can see I put an entire pound of meatloaf in a 9 inch frying pan! You can use any of your pieces really.
I mixed the following ingredients in a bowl and then formed the four loaves as I wanted it quick! Pre-heat your pan. The hotter you make the pan, the more browning you will get. I like it brown. If you don't keep the heat lower throughout the cooking process.
Put them into the pan and add the lid and turn to med heat. Now you can see there is steam developing on the lid. This means the inside of the meat is cooking as well. See the nice browning I'm getting? I set the timer for 10 minutes. Pulled the lid and turned the loaves over to get browning on both sides. Applied the lid. Set the timer for another 10 minutes.
This is done in 20 minutes. Take the internal temperature if you are not sure.
