Put 1/4 inch of water in a Titanium Cookware Collection frying pan. Add eggs, single layer. Put on high and bring to a slight boil. Just as you reach a boil, turn the heat down to a "7" or med-med-high. Apply the lid and set your timer for 9 1/2 minutes. When the timer goes off, shut off the burner, remove the lid and quickly move each egg into a plunge of ice water. After they've cooled completely, move the eggs onto a towel to dry. Once dry. move the eggs into a baggie and store in the cheese drawer of your refrigerator. These will peel easily.
