Crunchy goodness is yours without guilt with our gluten free cracker recipe. It is so easy using your Titanium baking sheet because you don't need to worry about anything sticking to it, and you won't need expensive parchment paper or silicon baking sheets that may be leaching into your food when heated. This is unprocessed snacking that you will love for yourself and your family. And so simple and quick to make.
See the ingredient list below. BUT, really just use what you have on hand and whatever seeds and spices are your favorite. Mix your Eggs, Seeds, Spices and Garlic Powder and a dash of salt in a bowl. Stir this well. Now spoon this out onto your baking sheet. Flatten it out using a spatula to the thickness you desire. I prefer to shape it into a square so the crackers are easy to cut into squares later.
Now bake this at 400 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. See here that I've turned it over and the bottom is gently browned. This is perfect as that brings out the nut flavor! When they are ready, they will snap. If they are not crisp and do not snap, give them a bit more time in the oven. This will vary based on how thick you spread them out on the baking sheet.
Ingredients to gather:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon mixed dried italian spices
