Defrosting Meat or Leftovers

December 6th, 2016 02:35:00 pm

Today's Tip is quick and easy to implement. We've all been in the situation where we realize we've forgotten to thaw something for dinner. Now what? There is absolutely no problem defrosting meat or leftovers if you have any piece of cookware from Titanium Cookware Collection, and the matching lid.

From solid frozen to served for dinner in about 20 minutes. And don't forget, when you use the vapor method, everything will be moist and delicious.

Juicy Ribs

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Remove the packaging
  2. Put the item in the pan. Do not add anything.
  3. Apply the lid and put the heat on really low.
  4. This will slowly defrost and warm.

The picture is leftover Baby Back Ribs from this blog: Baby Back Ribs. We froze them in an airtight container. For dinner, we put the ribs into our Titanium Casserole Pan shown here. We applied the lid and put it on low heat. This is between a 2 and 3 on my electric flattop stove. In approximately 20 minutes, the ribs were thawed, warmed through, and delicious! I poured some extra sauce on top as it was thawing and that was also hot and ready to devour!

If you are really looking to save time, once the ribs are thawed, add a side in next to them and apply the lid. These will all heat together for a complete meal.

Hope you enjoy fast and convenient food preparation using our Titanium Cookware. Defrosting Meat or Leftovers has never been easier or faster.
