Crustless Quiche

Eggs for dinner? Yes! Okay, we cheated a little and had two protein sources with this meal by adding that juicy chicken breast, but you can serve yours with potatoes instead! This is super simple and you will be amazed at how you can cook this stovetop and have absolutely no eggs or cheese stuck to your pan. I am using the 9" Titanium Fyring Pan

Beat eggs and heavy cream together. Add your seasonings to this mixture. Add grated cheese of your choice. Heat your skillet. Now chop and prep your broccoli and peppers (and onions if using). Vapor cook your broccoli, lid on for about 7 minutes or until just tender. You do this by rinsing it, putting it into the frying pan, applying the lid, and waiting. Moisture will form on the lid. Then you will start to smell the "cooked broccoli" from the vents. Move it to a bowl and saute your onions and mushrooms.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture directly into the skillet. Now add the vapor cooked broccoli and the peppers and the onions and mushrooms. Apply the lid so that this will now vapor cook or "bake" right on your stovetop. Keep the heat medium to low. You will see the moisture forming on the lid.

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups of half and half or almond milk

10 oz of broccoli (fresh or frozen)

1 to 1 lb shredded cheese

1/2 cup red bell peppers 

Seasoning... I like some Lawry's, garlic powder, fresh herbs add a really incredible flare to this recipe

Onions, mushrooms, potatoes can all be sauted and added to this to make it "meatier"

Enjoy eggs for dinner.
