If you receive your cookware and it does not meet your expectations, please immediately reach out to us (email@example.com) and let us know you would like to return it to us. Returns accepted for "never-used" merchandise only, within 15 days of purchase. If it has not been used, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you will put on the label. Ship it back to us and make sure it is well protected. You should also select proper insurance with your carrier. When we receive it and verify it has not been used in any way and/or heated, we will promptly issue a full refund less any applicable credit card or bank fees/charges. You can expect to receive an email notifying you of receipt of your return and information on the credit. If you have any further questions, please call us at 480-888-6321. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee if applicable. For exchanges, customer incurs all shipping costs.
